制作Cisco C9800L 镜像报错，求帮助！！！！！！！

按照官方的文档进行操作，导入镜像后执行如上命令行，会有以下报错，我百度了说要Yum安装一些东西，但是EVE-NG好像rpm和yum两个命令都没有，怎么解决？跪求大佬指点！！！！！！！
eve-ng使用的是ubuntu,安装软件需要用到apt
